Set on the north coast of Cornwall, St Ives is a stunning setting for your holiday whatever the time of year. The local area boasts activities for all ages with the town centre, beach & Tate Gallery beach only a 5 minute walk away. We are also within easy access of the bus & train station, just a 10 minute walk away or a 2 minute drive.

We are a family run bed and breakfast, with a background in high end hospitality. We pride ourselves on the extra special touches, customer service and high standards of cleanliness.

Limited free off road parking is available, free wireless broadband & all rooms have en-suite facilities. Although most of our guests choose to spend the day exploring St Ives and the surrounding area, we are also very happy for you to have use of the breakfast room and its television, a wide range of DVDs and board games or perhaps relax with a glass of wine on the front patio. Glassware, chinaware, silverware and ice buckets are also available at no extra charge. Whatever it takes to make sure you enjoy your stay!

We are very pleased to welcome the newest member of the family, Harvey. Harvey is a very quiet Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. He lives in the private areas & doesn't go upstairs or in the guest rooms. He will not interfere in any way with your stay & will only come & meet you if you want him to.
